Daily Brains: one picture a day with a passphrase hidden inside it. Pull it out with lab tools (colour channels, threshold, bit planes, XOR, an odd-pixel finder, a magnifying lens and a cipher wheel), then type it in. Steganography and image forensics as a daily puzzle: gentle one-layer hides on Monday, a three-layer chain on Sunday. Hints name the tool, never the answer.
