📖 BLANCO BEAR: ICE CREAM SANDWICH TYCOON← WIKI

A poor bear, a grandmother's accident, and one sweet recipe — grow it into a global empire.

Blanco Bear grew up poor with his Abuela Rosa, until a clumsy accident — dumping a whole month's sugar into her plain cookie dough — invented the sweetest cookie in the world. Years later he slid ice cream between two of her cookies and the sandwich was born. Now it's your job to build that recipe into an empire. It's two games braided together: a financially real back-office tycoon (set your price against a demand curve, stock inventory, cut business deals, watch your P&L and net worth) and a cozy make-and-sell rush out front (read each ticket, build the sandwich, serve before patience melts). Presented as a framed vintage flash-game cabinet, in English or Spanish — but Blanco always answers en español.

STORY & LORE

The Accident That Started It All

The opening cutscene tells it: a cold, poor kitchen; Abuela Rosa baking plain cookies to scrape by; little Blanco trying to help and knocking the entire month's sugar into the dough. Disaster — until they taste the result. The sweetest cookies in the world. Grandma smiles: 'Blanco, this changes everything.' The story turns from sad to hopeful to silly determination as grown-up Blanco sets out to conquer the ice cream world with her secret recipe.

Two Games in One

The 'true loop' is a blend. In THE BACK OFFICE you play an intellectual stat game — price against a live demand curve, buy inventory, weigh business deals, manage rent, wages, debt and net worth. Then you OPEN THE SHOP and play the cozy game — a hands-on rush where you assemble sandwiches and serve the right customer for tips and reputation. Good numbers set the ceiling; good service reaches it.

Cozy, Then Cutthroat

It starts warm and gentle at the street cart. But the Deal Desk brings suppliers, investors, banks, festivals, celebrity llamas and a rival bear's buyout — real tradeoffs with real numbers, getting sillier as you grow (yes, there is eventually a kiosk in space). Cozy to sell; cutthroat to win the world.

CHARACTERS & ENEMIES

🐻‍❄️Blanco BearEl heladero soñadorHERO

A minimal white bear with a big heart and his grandmother's recipe. Runs the numbers in back and the counter out front. Reacts to every serve, deal and expansion — and always speaks Spanish (with a small English gloss in EN).

👵Abuela RosaThe grandmother who started it allALLY

Blanco's grandmother, who baked plain cookies to survive and taught him everything. Her accidental sugar recipe is the foundation of the whole empire — and her photo rides on the cart as Blanco's motivation.

🐰The PatronsThe cozy rushENEMY

Little animals who line up with a ticket — a cookie, an ice cream, maybe a topping. Serve the right one fast for tips; let their patience melt and it costs you a sale and reputation. Demand and your stock cap how many arrive each day.

HOW IT PLAYS

The Back Office (Prep)

Before each week you plan: set your SELL PRICE against a live demand curve (higher price = fatter margin, fewer customers), BUY SUPPLIES to cover the forecast (bulk discounts, inventory carries over), and read the FINANCE panel — rent, wages, cost-per-serving, deal costs, and a running profit chart.

The Deal Desk

Each week a deal may land: a supplier halving your costs for a daily fee, an investor trading cash for a slice of revenue forever, a bank loan, a festival demand spike, a celebrity promo, a rival's buyout, or an absurd space kiosk. Every deal is a numeric tradeoff — cash now vs. recurring cost, risk vs. reward.

The Rush (Sell)

Open the shop and it's the cozy game: customers arrive up to your forecast (capped by stock), each with a ticket. Build the exact sandwich and tap the matching customer (they glow green) before patience runs out. Correct serves bank your price plus a speed-based tip and raise reputation; walkouts cost you. Combos boost tips; a helper auto-serves your most impatient guest.

The Ledger & Net Worth

At week's end you get a full P&L — revenue and tips in; rent, wages, deal costs and loan interest out — netting to profit that moves your cash. Your NET WORTH (cash + inventory + location + recipes − debt) is your score and the leaderboard rank. Grow it past each threshold to expand: Cart → Shop → Chain → Global Empire. Reach the empire to win the world, then push net worth in Legend Mode.
