You're the saucier at an absurdly fancy bistro, and you ONLY do the sauce. Read the handwritten ticket, grab the right bottle from a rack of 20 (Hollandaise? Béarnaise? ...MOTOR OIL?), then squeeze zigzags, spirals and smiley faces onto each plate before the monocled patron loses it. Wrong bottle = sent back. Three send-backs ends your shift. Earn TIPS, chain 80+ plates for combos, and become the Sauce Master.
